# NetSuite Account insights

Explore transaction trends, customization hotspots, workflow inventory, retained script-error logs and account configuration. Drill into role-scoped evidence, inspect cached record context and create team review Tasks.

## Data and resources

* **Saved account insights** (Tool action): Snapshots, progress and history for each viewer's own NetSuite authorization.
* **Run account health check** (Tool action): Queue a resumable read-only scan; writes its evidence only to Erstan.
* **Find record context** (Tool action): Search fresh cached REST record/field definitions.
* **Read record fields** (Tool action): Selected exact REST fields, bounded and permission scoped.
* **Create team review Task** (Tool action): Create a human review Task in the installing team, with the selected opportunity and source snapshot.

## Included Agents

* **Annexa Account Auditor**.

This App includes Agent setup. A workspace admin must review the required connections, Run As consent, and triggers. Check each installed Agent's setup status before relying on it.

## Install and use

Open **Library → Apps** in Erstan and select **NetSuite Account insights**. Review its requirements, choose a destination and the requested resources, then complete the installation review. See [Adding Apps](/marketplace/add-apps).

Open the installed App from **Artifacts**. Review its data and setup status before sharing it. Later edits remain a draft until you publish them. See [Create and edit an App](/apps/create-edit).

## Access and actions

The App uses the viewer's access to its connected systems and resources. App sharing does not share credentials or grant access to a Sheet, Database, or Data Source. Actions follow the configured permissions and approval policy. See [Connect App data](/apps/data).
