Billing schedules are a promise to invoice on time — monthly recurring charges, milestone billings, deferred instalments — and every schedule line that slips past its date is revenue arriving late or not at all. This agent reads the billing schedules attached to your NetSuite orders, works out exactly which instalments and milestones are due, drafts the corresponding invoices with amounts and periods traced to the schedule terms, and creates them only after you have approved the run.
