# Promise-to-pay Tracking

> Logs customer payment promises, verifies them against cash received, and chases the broken ones — follow-up tasks are created only after your approval.

> Logs customer payment promises, verifies them against cash received, and chases the broken ones — follow-up tasks are created only after your approval.

**Every promise logged, verified against cash, and chased when broken.**

A promise to pay is only worth something if somebody checks it. Collectors gather commitments all week — "we'll pay Friday", "the check went out", "after our board meeting" — and then the promises scatter across inboxes and call notes while the invoices keep aging. This agent keeps the ledger of promises: it logs each commitment against the customer's actual open invoices in NetSuite, checks whether promised payments really arrived, ranks the broken ones by exposure and repeat-offense history, and — once you approve — creates the follow-up tasks so every broken promise gets chased by a named owner.

## Trust and governance

This agent can take action in NetSuite through `er_ns_tasks_create` — and **every write is approval-gated**. Nothing is created, updated, or sent until a human approves it. Reads and analysis run without interruption.

All activity is captured in a full audit trail, agents use your existing NetSuite roles and permissions, and your data is never used to train models.

**Works with:** NetSuite
