Knowing an item is below its reorder point is the easy half; turning that into the right purchase order — correct vendor, sensible quantity, no double-ordering against POs already inbound — is where reorders go wrong. This agent reads item-location balances and reorder configuration straight from NetSuite, nets available stock against open inbound purchase orders, computes what actually needs ordering and from whom, and drafts vendor-grouped purchase orders you can challenge line by line. Each purchase order is created in NetSuite only after your explicit approval.
