This agent runs the front door: it takes a request from chat or email, extracts and validates every field a requisition needs, duplicate-checks it against open requests and purchase orders in NetSuite, and turns the completed request into routed follow-up tasks. Tasks are created only after your approval, and the agent never raises purchase orders itself.
