# Stock Level Monitor

**The stockouts and overstocks surfaced before they surface themselves.**

Stockouts are found by the customer, and overstock is found by the auditor — unless someone is watching the balances in between. This agent reads item-location balances straight from NetSuite, separates quantity on hand from what is actually available after commitments, checks availability against reorder points, and leads with the exceptions: items at or below reorder, items about to run dry, and stock sitting idle. It is strictly read-only — it watches and reports, and hands reorder decisions to you.
