Submit saved NetSuite CSV imports with status tracking. Submit and verify a tightly scoped NetSuite CSV import through the Erstan NetSuite Add-on. This template currently handles a single data row against an existing saved import mapping, with an exact external ID and reconciliation target. It is intended for a controlled, verifiable import rather than an unrestricted bulk load. Preflight checks the CSV, authoritative mapping evidence, file digest, target schema, and absence of the target record. Only a valid proposal reaches approval of the exact import. Missing mapping evidence, an invalid file, or an existing target stops the process before submission. After approval, the automation submits once, polls the returned task, and reads back the target to compare mapped values. A task ID alone is not reported as success, and unresolved or failed submissions are not retried automatically. Both NetSuite MCP and the Add-on are required. Adding the template does not execute these actions.
