Build and track sales quotes on a Sheet — quotes and lines as two tabs, the App as the form, every change a versioned Sheet write.
A sales quote builder over one Sheet: a Quotes worksheet (customer, PO number, dates, currency, total, status) and a Lines worksheet (item, description, quantity, unit price, amount). The App lists quotes, shows one with its lines, adds quotes and lines, moves a quote through draft, sent, accepted and declined, and recalculates its total — every write is a Sheet mutation with optimistic concurrency, so the Sheet stays the single record and a pricing or order-entry Agent can be attached to its changes later. Data and resources

  • Quotes sheet (Sheet): One Sheet containing Quotes and Lines. The App validates changes, calculates totals, and checks for concurrent edits before saving. The default creates both worksheets.
  • View preferences (App state): The selected quote and status filter, per viewer.

Install and use

Open Library → Apps in Erstan and select Quote Workspace. Review its requirements, choose a destination and the requested resources, then complete the installation review. See Adding Apps. Open the installed App from Artifacts. Review its data and setup status before sharing it. Later edits remain a draft until you publish them. See Create and edit an App.

Access and actions

The App uses the viewer’s access to its connected systems and resources. App sharing does not share credentials or grant access to a Sheet, Database, or Data Source. Actions follow the configured permissions and approval policy. See Connect App data.
