Browse and read your team’s Documents in one pane, then ask an Agent about the one you have open.
The Document app: browse the team’s Erstan Documents, filter by title and publish status, read one in place, jump to it in the Documents editor, or hand it to chat with one click to ask about it. Read-only — it lists and reads through the same document tools Agents use, under the viewer’s own permissions, and writes nothing. Business area: Build on NetSuite · Type: App Built for: Anyone reading team documents, Controller, Onboarding manager

Data and resources

  • Team document list (Tool action): Read binding on er_document_list with the team pinned; the page may narrow by title through the search parameter. Rows are id, title, folder and publish status.
  • Document reader (Tool action): Read binding on er_document_read. The page supplies the documentId of the document the viewer opened; the tool returns the title, publish status and readable text, which the page shows as the reading pane.
  • View preferences (App state): Status filter and the last document opened, per viewer.

Install and use

Open Library → Apps in Erstan and select Document Hub. Review its requirements, choose a destination and the requested resources, then complete the installation review. See Adding Apps. Open the installed App from Artifacts. Review its data and setup status before sharing it. Later edits remain a draft until you publish them. See Create and edit an App.

Access and actions

The App uses the viewer’s access to its connected systems and resources. App sharing does not share credentials or grant access to a Sheet, Database, or Data Source. Actions follow the configured permissions and approval policy. See Connect App data.
