Count variances explained before they’re adjusted — and adjusted only when you say so. A cycle count is only useful if the variances it finds are explained and corrected — otherwise the count sheet and the system drift straight back apart. This agent takes your physical count results from chat or a pasted sheet, compares them line by line against NetSuite on-hand balances, investigates each variance against recent transaction activity before blaming the count, and drafts the inventory adjustment for the variances you accept.
