Artifacts brings your Agents’ saved outputs into one gallery. Use it to recognise a report, open a workbook, or return to a dashboard without searching through folders. Artifacts opens the same Documents, Sheets, and Files you find in Content. Edits, names, versions, sharing, and permissions belong to that original item. Content remains the place to organise folders and manage full content details.

Find an output

Open Artifacts from the main navigation. The gallery uses preview cards, with search and filter controls like the Agents page. Search matches output names. Choose a sort order to browse by recent activity, creation date, or name. Load more artifacts continues through the results; Clear filters returns to the full gallery.

Open and manage a card

Click the preview or title to open the output. Cards show its type, latest saved version where available, status, producing Agent, and update time. A completed Agent run can produce a draft document; its draft badge remains until the document is published. The card menu lets you:
  • Copy link, Pin or Unpin the original item.
  • Download a File, export a Sheet to Excel, or download a Document as Markdown.
  • Share when you have permission to change its sharing.
  • View in Content to open its folder or shared content location.
  • Open the available source Task or run to see the work that produced it.
The Agent name links to that Agent when you have access. Access to an output does not automatically give access to its producing Agent, Task, or conversation. Older outputs with incomplete source history may display Agent without a name or source link. Separate outputs keep separate cards even when their names match. Revising an existing item updates its card to the latest version.

Start from the work

Choose Artifacts from an Agent’s detail page to see its outputs. View artifacts on a Task shows saved outputs associated with that Task; the same action on a run narrows the gallery to that run. You can remove that filter to explore other outputs.

Live dashboard previews

Gallery previews show saved content without running dashboard scripts or requesting live data. Open a live dashboard to use its controls and refresh its declared data through your own connections. See Live dashboard artifacts for refresh behaviour and Action usage.
