Check the Agent’s purpose, examples, included Skills, Knowledge references, tools, connections, and current library version. The connection panel explains which operations need the Erstan NetSuite Add-on, including NetSuite email, deployment and task operations where offered. Skill reference files are included with their Skills. Searchable managed references can be included in the Add Agent dialog. Workspace owners and admins can review the offered files and leave Include NetSuite product updates selected to add a ready workspace Knowledge source with the Agent. Existing workspace selections are reused and kept unchanged. These managed references are optional; you can leave them out and set them up later from the Agent’s Knowledge panel. Select Add Agent, then choose:
The new Agent starts as a Draft. Owners and editors can run a draft normally in Chat. Publishing makes the reviewed version available for wider use and enabled triggers. Preview is a separate builder action, not a consequence of Draft status.
If you already have access to an installed Agent in that destination, Erstan opens it rather than replacing your changes. You can change sharing and the output location later in Agent settings.
If the existing copy is archived, the dialog offers Restore Agent. Owners and editors can restore the same Agent as a draft, keeping its configuration, sharing, and history. Review it before publishing; restoration does not enable its triggers. Viewers can ask the owner or an editor to restore it, or choose another destination.
