Skill packages in the Solution Library group related Skills and example requests. Review a package’s contents and connections before adding it. The current packages are reusable content collections; they do not install a team of Agents or start an automation.

Skills and their references

A Skill provides instructions, procedures, and supporting files. An Agent can pin a Skill and read its reference files on demand through the built-in Skill reader. Those bundled files do not need to be uploaded to Knowledge or added as individual tools. Some Skills also declare searchable managed Knowledge references. The built-in NetSuite Reference Search Skill attaches the workspace’s selected NetSuite product updates when included by a library Agent. Configure the selected files in Knowledge. Source permissions and availability are checked for the account running the Agent. Installed workspace Skills can be managed in the Skill library. Built-in Skills remain maintained by Erstan and are identified separately from editable workspace Skills.

Example requests

An Agent’s Try asking section combines its starters with related library requests. Select a suitable example, then set the dates, subsidiary, currency, and other scope for your work. An example does not grant additional tool access or authorize an unattended write. Role Agent listings may link to optional automations. Each is installed and configured separately. Adding an Agent or a Skill package does not automatically enable those automations.
