Where to find them
Open Prompts from your profile menu to manage prompts in your workspace. Search and filter by location and status, or choose Browse prompt packs to open the Solution Library. In Library, review a prompt or pack before adding it. The detail view describes its purpose, included content, and any optional placeholders. Adding a copy lets you manage it in the intended workspace location.Create your own prompt

Choose Create prompt
Open Prompts and select Create prompt. Give the request a clear name and choose an appropriate destination.

Write the request
State the outcome, required inputs, and how the result should be presented. For example: “Summarize overdue invoices by customer, include the oldest due date, and flag balances above the supplied threshold.”

Review and publish
Save your draft and review its instructions and access. Publish when it is ready for use by Agents and Erstan chat in its current location. Publishing does not run the prompt.
Use a prompt
Open the prompt to review its text and any variables. Use the available copy or chat action, or choose + → Add to message in the composer to insert a prompt into your request. Review the completed message before sending. Some Library prompts offer Copy, Run, or Send to a suggested Agent. Available actions depend on the prompt and whether a suitable Agent is configured. Adding a prompt to your workspace and running it are separate actions.Prompt variables
Optional placeholders let a request fit different customers, date ranges, or thresholds. When an action asks you to fill variables, check the values before continuing. Include enough context for the Agent to use the intended company, currency, and period.Access, usage, and approvals
A prompt does not grant access to its referenced systems or resources. The receiving Agent still needs its connections, permissions, and an available model. Model and tool usage is incurred by the work that runs, rather than by copying prompt text. Write actions follow the applicable tool policy and conversation write settings.
